About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong Revit knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing BIM models, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and producing accurate construction documentation.
You will work on residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects, collaborating closely with senior architects, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Produce construction documentation and working drawings.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Create 3D models, views, schedules, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and company standards.
- Assist in site coordination and respond to technical queries during construction.
Studio Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–5 years of professional experience (Freshers with excellent Revit skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing construction drawings and detailing.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Ability to coordinate with Structural and MEP teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- SketchUp.
