Project enquiries
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, project town or district, approximate construction budget, project type and style preferences. You may also provide your email, expected built-up area and project notes. Please avoid including identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal details in your notes.
Why we use these details
We save your enquiry so our team can assess your requirements, respond about architectural services and follow up on the project by phone, email or WhatsApp. A notice above the submit button explains this use. By submitting the form, you request that we save your project details and contact you about the enquiry. This request concerns your project enquiry; it is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored using Supabase, and enquiry email notifications use Resend when configured. These providers process information to operate these services, which may involve processing outside India. Authorized members of our team can review enquiries in our administration panel.
Continuing to WhatsApp
After your enquiry is saved, you can choose to continue to WhatsApp. Your name, phone, project location, construction budget and project type are included in a prepared message. You decide whether to send that message. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy terms.
Website measurement
The website includes integrations for Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. When enabled, these services may process device, browsing and interaction information, and may use cookies or similar technology. We mask the enquiry form for Clarity. Third-party links, including social media and maps, are governed by the relevant provider’s policies.
Your choices
To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for enquiry follow-up, contact xarchitectureind@gmail.com or +91 97458 00047. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed. We will review requests and explain any records that must be retained for an ongoing project or applicable legal obligations.
